Refund and Returns Policy

At PokeFX Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure all Pokémon TCG and related Pokémon products meet your expectations. Due to the collectible nature of our items and the integrity of sealed products, certain restrictions apply to refunds and returns. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our terms.
Returns and Refunds Eligibility
Sealed Products
• Accepted Returns: Sealed Pokémon TCG products (e.g., booster packs, boxes, or bundles) may be returned if they are in their original, unopened condition and packaging. The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• Non-Accepted Returns: We cannot accept returns for any products that have been opened or tampered with, as this compromises their collectible value.
Live Stream Sales
• Items purchased and opened during a livestream (e.g., Rip N Ship events) are non-refundable. By participating in these live events, you acknowledge that the sale is final, and the contents of the opened packs cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom and Personalized Products
• Custom products (e.g., pre-packaged bundles, personalized items) are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective:
1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@pokefx-store.com with your order number and photos of the damage or defect.
2. Once verified, we will issue a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on availability.
Refunds
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once returned products are received and inspected.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., shipping the wrong product).
Return Process
1. Email us at orders@pokefx-store.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Approved returns will receive an authorization and instructions on where to ship the product.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake or defect.
Important Notes
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
• Products not meeting the above conditions (e.g., opened sealed products) will not be refunded or returned to the customer.
