Refunds
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for products opened during livestreams. The contents of each pack are determined randomly by Pokémon, and we have no control over the cards inside. For concerns about pack probabilities, please contact Pokémon directly.
If a product arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship to the United States, specifically to the lower 48 states. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or other countries at this time.
Shipping typically takes 10–25 business days depending on your location within the United States. We’ll provide a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Local Shipping (Costa Rica)
Yes, local delivery and pick-up options are only available in Costa Rica. Please contact us to arrange details if you are based in Costa Rica.
I can send the product through Correos de Costa Rica if you are not located in Alajuela, Heredia or San José. The shipping cost is already included.
